Thursday Early Arrivals (anytime after 3:00)

For those signed up for Friday field trips and others doing anything Convergence-related on Friday.

Friday Field Trips AM Departure

Three field trips will be leaving from the MOFGA Exhibition Hall Friday morning at 8:00 am (except the group going to the Nearing Homestead, etc. which will be leaving around 7:00).  If you purchase a Field Trip ticket, we’ll email you everything you need to know!

Friday Regular Arrivals – any time after 2pm

6:00 Supper in the Maine Hall

7:00 Local beverages tasting + Homemade Beverage Swap (bring your homemade drinks for sampling!)

7:30 Permaculture Community Talent Show!  Bring your talent and sign up on the Talent Show Clipboard at Central Info Table!

8:30 Fire circle hang-out time

Saturday Program

Vendor Marketplace – open all day on the Common – 6-8 Vendors set up their wares for you to peruse!  Bring a bit of cash or other resources to support our permaculture-oriented entrepreneurs.

There will be between 6 and 10 concurrent sessions happening during all the “lettered” time slots you see below.

  • 6:30 and 7:00 – Morning activities such as Yoga, forage walks, etc.
  • 7:30 to 9:00 Breakfast in the main hall
  • 9:00 – 10:15 Session A (8-10 sessions from which to choose)
  • 10:45 – Noon Session B (8-10 sessions from which to choose)
  • Noon to 1:30 Lunch in the main hall + Visit Vendors and the Barter Blankets on the Common (Bring a barter blanket and your homemade tradeable wares for trading)
  • 1:30 to 2:45 Session C (8-10 sessions from which to choose)
  • 3:15 to 4:45 Session D (8-10 sessions from which to choose)
  • 5:00 to 6:30 Free time, swimming, and Designers’ Lounge!
  • 6:00 – 7:30 Supper in the main hall
  • 7:30 – 9:00 Rising Appalachia Concert
  • Evening Fire Circle
Sunday Program
  • 7:00 – Morning activities such as Yoga, forage walks, etc.
  • 7:30 to 9:00 Breakfast in the main hall
  • 9:00 – 10:30 Sub-Regional Breakout Sessions (gently structured/facilitated)
  • 9:00 – Noon – Optional Open Space Workshops
  • 11:00 – 12:30 World Cafe on “Strengthening our Regional Network”
  • 12:30 – 2:00 Lunch in the main hall
  • 2:30 Closing Circle on the Common
  • 3:00 Goodbye, breakdown and clean up…. Until Next Year!
